Tell Congress:
Do Not Block 340B Reform
The 340B program was created to help low-income and uninsured patients access affordable medicines. Today, it serves as a revenue stream for large hospitals and pharmacy middlemen — while the patients it was meant to protect are left behind.
The Fix Is Straightforward
The Trump administration's 340B rebate model pilot would introduce long-overdue accountability by:
- Requiring hospitals and clinics to submit claims-level eligibility data to confirm discounts are used for eligible patients
- Shifting from upfront discounts to rebates issued only after verification of eligibility
- Giving policymakers and the public clear visibility into how an $80+ billion program is being utilized
Congress Must Not Interfere
Hospital lobbying groups are pushing members of Congress to block the rebate model pilot before it even begins. These efforts do not protect patients — they protect hospital revenue.
Take Action
Contact your members of Congress today and urge them to stand for transparency and accountability.
Tell them: Oppose any effort to block or defund the 340B rebate model pilot.
